Document Verification

All vendors must upload valid and verifiable copies of PAN, GST, and other statutory documents. Any falsification will result in disqualification.

Compliance

Vendors must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including tax compliance, labor laws, and safety regulations.

Registration Approval

Vendor registration is subject to internal review. Submission of documents does not guarantee approval.

Communication

Approved vendors will be notified via email or official communication channels. All RFQs and POs will be sent through authorized company contacts only.

Code of Conduct

Vendors must maintain ethical practices in all dealings. Bribery, corruption, or unethical behavior will lead to blacklisting.

Confidentiality

Vendors must not disclose any proprietary or sensitive information shared TO Us.

Performance Review

Vendor performance will be periodically evaluated based on quality, delivery time, pricing, and service. Poor performance may lead to suspension or removal.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate vendor registration at any time without notice if terms are violated.
